Charity websites often need to communicate a depth of information whilst at the same time promoting opportunities and avenues for collecting donations. They have widely varying goals which sometimes don't sit well together. Our goal is to make charity websites work well at everything they need to do and to satisfy the online goals of the charity whether it be primarily fundraising, information dissemination or empowerment of the user.
