The development of Austria Super Ski has been fun and innovative.  We wanted to provide a rich and interactive experience drawing the user in and providing that wow factor.  At the same time we wanted to provide an accessible and search engine friendly website which did not rely on heavy amounts of flash to deliver a fun user experience.

Accessible and standards based development was the name of the game here.  We wanted to try and push the envelope to see just how much we could achieve without resorting to the use of Flash. The result is this fun to use, colourful and information rich site which holds a number of advantages over a traditional Flash-based portfolio site.

The site is fully accessible to search engines making it search engine spiders making it amenable to Seach Engine Optimisation techniques.  Because the content is not based in Flash it can be easily amended and updated making the site much lower maintenance than an equivalent flash based site.
